Who handles your data

What we collect

Through the demo request form we collect only what you type in:

• full name
• company name
• work email address
• industry and number of salespeople
• your free-text message, if you write one

We use no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Your language choice is stored in your browser and never reaches our servers.

Why we process it

To answer your request, arrange the demonstration and give you the commercial information you asked for. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, together with the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from the last meaningful contact, then it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so within thirty days.

Who else sees it

No sale and no transfer to third parties for marketing. Your data only passes through the technical providers we need to run the site and the mail:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and handles its security
• [Email service provider], which delivers the form message

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to receive it in a readable format, or to object to the processing. You can also withdraw your consent, without affecting what was lawful before. Write to ciao@slideflix.co and we reply within thirty days.

If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, garanteprivacy.it.
