The problem

Right now, pricing happens in the dark.

In most sales teams the most delicate moment of the deal, the one that decides what you actually earn, is the only one nobody really controls.

01

The quote lives in a spreadsheet

Every rep has their own file, their own formulas and a price list six months out of date. Nobody knows which version is the good one, and when the rep leaves, the file leaves too.

02

Margin shows up at month end

Profitability arrives from finance weeks later, when the discount is given, the contract is signed and nothing can be changed.

03

Approvals happen over chat

The rep asks the manager for extra discount in a message. No written criteria, no audit trail, no numbers behind the decision. And the manager answers on the run.

04

Everyone builds their own presentation

A Word file, an improvised PDF, sometimes a photo of the quote. Your customer sees a different company every time, exactly when they are about to decide.

How it works

Four steps, one single flow.

Reps never switch tools, never export anything and never retype data from one file into another. From the first customer detail to the signed PDF, it is the same screen, the one shown above.

  1. 01

    Configure the quote

Your products, your price lists, your variants, trade-ins and financing. Not a generic template: the pricing rules are yours, set once and applied across the whole team.

  2. 02

See the profitability as you build it

Every change redoes the sum: what comes in, what goes out, what is left. The rep knows what the deal is worth before even discussing it with the customer, and you see it while it is being built, not three weeks later.

  3. 03

Get approval when it is needed

If the rep goes past the limits you set, the quote stops and the manager receives the request with the numbers already worked out. Recorded decisions, written criteria, no more messages on the fly.

  4. 04

    Present to the customer

A high-quality PDF presentation in your colours, with product imagery, the advantages over what the customer is considering, and the consultant's signature. Written by AI, approved by you.

Profitability

Your own calculation rules. And suggestions to improve the offer.

Slideflix does not apply one standard formula to everyone. It rebuilds the way your company works out its profit, with your line items and your names. Then, while the rep builds the offer, it suggests how to make it better.

01

Your calculation, not ours

We rebuild with you the items that affect profit in your company, and the resulting statement downloads to Excel whenever you need it.

  • Supplier contributions and target bonuses
  • Installation, delivery and time held in stock
  • Financing, services and trade-in valuation
02

Suggestions about the competition

The rep says what the customer is comparing. The system handles the rest.

  • Where you are stronger and where you must defend
  • The advantages to put in front of the customer
  • When your price already wins and a discount is pointless
03

Suggestions about services

When profitability drops, it proposes what to add instead of what to cut.

  • Warranty, support and related services
  • Accessories and options customers value
  • Alternatives to discounting that raise value
An example

Carlo Shipping agency

  1. 01 The request

A long-standing customer asks for a sizeable discount on a shipment to North Africa, and makes it clear he has already asked another agency for a quote.

  2. 02 The suggestion

Slideflix shows that at that price the job barely earns anything, and proposes what to offer instead of the discount: customs clearance, cargo insurance, document handling.

  3. 03 The result

Half the discount, three extra services sold. The customer spends a little more and receives a great deal more, and the job earns twice as much.

Approvals

Discount rules, written once.

You decide how far a rep can go alone: how much discount they can give at your expense, how much profit must remain, how far they can push a trade-in valuation. The system enforces the rules so nobody has to remember them.

  • Thresholds editable by the manager
  • Automatic email with the request summary
  • Full history of who approved what
  • A view over every deal in the team, open and closed

The presentation

The document the customer takes home.

The same quote produces a designed document, in your colours and with your own product imagery. The rep does not build it: it comes out of the data, so the figures are already right and the quality is the same across the team. You send it to the customer as a PDF, or open it in PowerPoint if you want to touch it up.

The setup

In a few weeks it speaks your language.

You do not receive software to configure. You receive your own sales process already inside it, with your line items, your price lists and your discount rules. That is the part that decides whether the tool tells the truth about your numbers, so we do it ourselves.

  1. 01

We listen to how you actually sell

Two sessions, one with the people who sell and one with the people who approve. We rebuild the real path of a deal, from the first questions to signature, calling things the way you call them.

  2. 02

    We rebuild your economics

Purchase costs, supplier contributions, target bonuses, commissions, stock financing. The business case runs on your numbers, not on an industry average that looks nothing like you.

  3. 03

    We dress the presentation

Colours, brand, tone of voice and your product imagery. The document you hand the customer is yours, not a template a hundred other companies also use.

  4. 04

We go live and hand you the keys

Team training, the first quotes built together and adjustments during the first days of real use. After that, discount limits, price lists and rules are yours to change whenever you want, without calling us.

Industries

Wherever quotes are made, the problem is the same.

If your sale involves a configuration, a discount to negotiate and a customer comparing offers, Slideflix already matches your process. The price lists change, the logic does not.

Construction and contract works

Italy's largest sector by number of firms: bills of quantities, variations during works, progress claims and real margin site by site.

HVAC and plumbing

Thousands of installers: lump-sum quotes, labour and parts carrying very different margins.

Windows and doors

A business sold entirely by quotation: measurements, fitting, tax relief and margin varying by product type.

Solar and energy efficiency

Systems with storage, incentives, payback time and yearly savings, explained in terms the customer follows.

Made-to-measure interiors

The sector Italy leads: specifications, material variants and discounting by project size.

Automotive

Dealerships and dealer groups: models, trims, trade-in, financing and manufacturer campaigns.

Industrial machinery

High tickets and technical configurations: options, service contracts and used-equipment trade-in value.

IT and system integration

Licences, project hours and recurring fees, with margin split between software and services.

Medical and dental equipment

Devices sold with training, scheduled maintenance and multi-year payment plans.

Long-term rental and fleets

Monthly fees, mileage, included services and contract profitability across its full term.

Marine and refit

Complex configurations, staged deposits and delivery times that stretch the negotiation.

Why Slideflix

Every proposal you send is the one your best salesperson would make.

Three things that change how your company decides a price, and that no shared spreadsheet has ever managed to give you.

AI writes, you decide

AI drafts the sales copy, the advantages over competitors and the presentation, working only on that quote's data and your catalogue. No price and no term is ever generated: those come from the calculation engine and your rules.

Profit is shared, not discovered later

The rep sees their own deals, you see them all, and you look at the same number at the same time, while the deal is still open. That is the only moment the outcome can still change.

One team, one voice

Your newest rep hands the customer the same document as your best one. Presentation quality stops depending on who makes it.

Pricing

Two costs, no surprises.

The setup rebuilds your process inside Slideflix. The fee keeps it updated and supported. No percentage on sales, no charge per quote.

Why is the setup so cheap? Because we are at the beginning, and the first installations are worth more to us than they invoice: they teach us the industries. The full price is €4,900 and it will go back to that.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before starting.

The real questions we get on a call, answered the way we answer them on the phone.

How long does it take to go live?

Two to six weeks, depending on how articulated your price list is. The first week rebuilds your pricing rules and deal economics: without it, the numbers you see would not be yours.

Do I have to replace the system I already use?

No. Slideflix covers the negotiation phase, from quote to presentation, and hands the result back to whatever you use for orders and invoicing. It does not replace your ERP.

Does it work in my industry?

Almost certainly yes. It applies wherever the price is not already fixed on a public list but has to be built deal by deal: construction, HVAC, windows, solar, made-to-measure interiors, machinery, automotive, medical, marine and others. The price lists and cost lines change, the way you arrive at the price does not.

Who writes the customer presentations?

AI drafts them from the quote, the chosen product and what the customer is considering instead. Prices, terms and validity are never generated: they come from your rules. The consultant reviews and confirms before sending.

What exactly does the AI do inside Slideflix?

Three precise things. It writes the sales copy and the advantages of your offer against what the customer is considering instead. It composes the presentation, choosing what to highlight based on the quote just built. It summarises the business case in the approval request that reaches the manager. Working out the price and what the deal earns is not left to AI: it is arithmetic following your company's rules.

What if the AI made up a price in front of a customer?

It cannot, and not because we trust the model: because of how the system is built. Every figure that reaches the document, price, discount, instalment, trade-in value and offer validity, is not generated by AI but calculated from your company's rules. AI is left with the wording only, and it works inside a closed perimeter: it sees the quote just built, your catalogue and the products the customer is comparing, nothing else. It does not browse the web. Finally the rep reviews and confirms before sending.

Who sees what?

Salespeople see their own deals. The manager sees them all, with the numbers behind each one, where they stand and the full approval history, without having to ask anyone. Who sees what is your decision, made when we set the tool up.

Can I edit the presentation? And take the numbers with me?

Yes to both. You send the presentation to the customer as a PDF, or open it in PowerPoint if you want to touch it up first. The deal numbers download to Excel whenever you need them, with every line item.

Where is my data stored?

On European infrastructure, with automatic backups. Quote and customer data stay yours and can be exported at any time.

Can I see it working before deciding?

Yes, and it is the best way to understand it. In the demo we build a quote around one of your real products and show you the business case and the presentation that comes out of it.

Let's talk

Tell us how you sell.

Half an hour on a call, no slides. We want to understand the steps you go through, the rules behind your prices and where time gets lost today. By the end you know whether it makes sense for your company, what it takes to fit it to the way you sell, and how soon you would be up and running.
